How does it work?

It's easy - you can do it!

You use  RegSolution Software to create a registration website. First you create a data collection or registration form. You can add fields to the registration form depending upon the questions you want to ask your registrants. 

If you want to collect fees from the registrants you may do this using the RegSolution built-in fee set-up module and configure your event fees, optional items, currency, taxes, discount codes and complimentary codes.

You may collect your event fee using one or both of the following methods. 
(A) Online method - (where the registrant pays your fee online using a credit card) or 
(B) Offline method - (where the registrant pays by mailing you a check, or faxing you the credit card info). 

You need a PayPal account to accept payments online. PayPal sign-up is fast and easy and works on your email address. You do not need an internet merchant account to use PayPal.

All fees collected by you using RegSolution go directly to you. We are no way involved in your fees and neither we charge any percentage on your amount collected. 

To accept payments by fax you must have your own POS (point of sale) machine to charge the credit cards.

In order to accept online payments, RegSolution can be easily configured to use your PAYPAL account.

Once your registration form is ready you may optionally create up to 10 additional information pages, each describing different aspects of your event. The built in HTML editor lets you modify your pages - colors, fonts, styles in no time. It even lets you upload you logos and other images and use them on your pages.

Once your site is ready - you may send the RegSolution generated link to your registrants by email. On clicking this link, your registrants can view your event website and can register and pay online. You may also give your registrants, a password protected interface. 

RegSolution also gives you your own home page. If you do not have a website - there is no problem. We have designed RegSolution, keeping in mind the small and medium event planners, who have a small budget. You can display your company logos, colors, text etc. on your RegSolution home page and also display a list of your current sites on your home page. The visitors can then click any site from the list to browse/register. You may buy a domain name of your choice and additionally purchase a redirection service to redirect the visitors to your RegSolution home page.

Our real-time reporting module gives you all the required reports - attendance as well as financial. You may even create your own custom reports. It also allows you to print or download the data as excel or xml format.
