Just login to your account and then click on the 'About' link on the top navigational bar.
This page details your account configuration, registration limits, registration counts and the expiration date.

How can I purchase a license during my trial or how can I renew my license.
|
RegSolution license can be purchased at anytime. Just Login to your RegSolution account and click on 'Renew License' link on the top navigational bar.
You can purchase RegSolution license online using your credit card via PayPal.

How do you accept payments for the license?

License can only be purchased online via PayPal. We do not accept payment by cheque or money order.

I have already purchased a license but now I want to upgrade my account. How do I proceed?

Just contact technical support using our built-in ticket sustem and we will get in touch with you to know your requirements.

My license is about to expire. I don't want to renew it for the next few months. What will happen to my data?
|
We will not delete your site related data. When you will come back you will still find all your websites the way you left them.
We strongly recommend that you delete all your attendee data before your license expires due to privacy reasons. All attendee related data will be removed from our servers if your license remains inactive for more than 90 days.
Please don't forget to download your attendee data to your PC before deleting from your account.

My license is configured for 1000 registrations. What are my options when my account reaches 1000 registrations.

We will not block the access to your attendee registration at any time.
Your access to create new site and to the reports will be blocked once the registrations in your account exceed 10% over your license limits.
You may either upgrade your license to allow the increased registrations in your account or you may delete some of your older registrations to free-up some space in your accoun.

My trial license has expired. I was too busy to try it out. Can I get an extension?

We will gladly extend your trial license. Just send us an email at sales@RegSolution.com and we will extend your license.

What do I do if I forgot my Password?

Please send an email to techsupport@RegSolution.com giving us your account code and we will email you the password at the email address provided by you while signing up with RegSolution.

What happens to my registration sites after my license expires?
|
Your sites are always open for registration irrespective of your license.

What happens when my license expires?
|
When your license expires you can still login to your account but some of the links on the top navigation bar will be disabled.
You won't be able to use the links - 'MyHome', 'MySites', 'NewSite' and 'MyUsers'. The link to contact tech-support and to renew the license will sitll be active.

What is all this about Free offer to the non-profit organizations. Is it really free?

Yes, we offer a totally free license to the charitable and non- profit organizations. The accounts are limited to 500 registrations and the registrations pages contain our banner for advertising purpose.

Your account code identifies all your records, sites, licensing, reports and other settings with RegSolution.

What is the difference between a trial and a production license?
|
As far as the functionality is concerned, there is no difference at all. You can do everything during the trial period that you can do with the production license.
The trial license is only valid for 500 registrations and for a period of 15 days.

What is the minimum period, I can purchase a RegSolution license?

You may purchase our license in multiples of 30 days. The minimum license period is 30 days.
